Toolmaker Ronald G. Royster founded his machine shop business in 1976, working from a small garage in Henderson, Kentucky. Customers responded to Ron’s dedication to excellence, and the business grew. In 1984, the company underwent its first major expansion with the construction of an 18,000 sq. ft. production facility.
The business has continued to flourish with investments in modern buildings, advanced machinery, and capable people. Today the company operates an 80,000 sq. ft. complex and has expanded a new division named Royster's Production Machining, LLC on 10 acres in Henderson, Kentucky. It employs a staff of 85 professionals who share Ron’s original vision for excellence.
